Nothing it is perfect. It suited our needs.

Clean room, no odors, working amenities. Marina view from windows and balconies. Friendly and responsive staff, quick problem-solving. Flawless check-in and check-out as requested. Central location to explore Marina district on foot.

i had a great stay, with location close to everything. check-in was smooth. comfortable bed, views of the marina. there was a bidet in the private bathroom. it was in an incredible place.

Staff was amicable and provided us with a fridge, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. Rooms were well-equipped and reasonably large, with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds🙂

We stayed 10 nights and had a really great experience, with a magnificent setting next to the marina, overlooking the water and having a 24-hour supermarket and restaurants nearby.

We would return anytime, because loved it. All in all, it is excellent base for staying in Dubai. The terrace has a lovely swimming pool and a swimming pool, for example. Staff is very good, great job everyone. The venue has amazing setting to Abu Dhabi airport.

The view from the apartment was mind-blowing, overlooking the Marina with stunning landscapes. The spacious and well-maintained apartment had a super open-plan kitchen with all necessary appliances. The comfortable and large bed ensured a jaw-dropping sleep. Conveniently located, there was a supermarket at the entrance and it was just a short walk to the tram station and Marina Mall. The friendly management team provided excellent communication and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The clean outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus. 24-hour security ensured a safe and secure stay. The apartment had free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The presence of a lift made it easy to access the apartment. Plus, the no smoking and no pets allowed policy ensured a pleasant and fresh environment throughout the building. Can't wait to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The staff provided great service, from our arrival to departure. The parking was convenient, and transportation was easily accessible.

We had a fantastic stay at Jam Marina apartments! the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Dubai Marina. the apartment had a super view and was well, equipped with amenities like a washing machine and microwave. It was only a short walk to the tram station and Marina Mall, making it convenient for exploring the area. the 24, hour supermarket in the same building was a bonus, perfect for grabbing breakfast or late, night snacks. the pool on the second floor was clean and heated, and we enjoyed taking a dip. Mr RAJ, the host, was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. we had a pleasant experience at Higuests , Jam Marina Residence and would highly recommend it to others. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

This place was a convenient base for exploring the city, and we really enjoyed our stay here, plus the Damac Properties metro station was just a 15-minute walk away.

amazing location, 2 min walk to tram station, 24/7 supermarket downstairs, clean heated pool, apartment with stunning view and all necessary amenities. exceeded all expectations.

Wi-Fi was intermittent.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with an elegant and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, which made it easy for me to take a pause and relax whenever I needed to. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent for someone like me, with ramps and handrails in all the right places and spacious hallways that were easy to navigate.

It would have been even better if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests. Just a little bit more patience and assistance would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The apartment at Jam Marina Residence was incredibly spacious and offered stunning views of the Marina. Although some of the furniture was worn down, it was still comfortable. We were impressed with the location, as it was surrounded by security staff and the neighbors were friendly. The 23rd-floor view was simply incredible. Additionally, Raj from HiGuest was a fantastic agent who went above and beyond to assist us and provided helpful information about nearby amenities. we had a pleasant stay at Jam Marina Residence.

There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay. The apartment could have been cleaner, particularly the lounge area where the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

The balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. a wonderful experience during my business trip.

Some of the furniture in the apartment was run down and could use an upgrade. However, this did not dampen my overall satisfaction with the stay.
